Golf Club Varese offers a challenging 18-hole course in a natural setting with clear elevation changes and rarely flat terrain. Wide fairways, doglegs, and moving green complexes require variety, precision, and thoughtful shot choices. Located in a park with old trees, the course is atmospheric and varied, with beautiful views of Lago di Varese and Monte Rosa. The club has a rich history: founded in 1929 and since 1934 housed in an old medieval Benedictine monastery, still the heart of the club. Golf Club Varese hosted the 1958 Open d’Italia and features pitching and putting greens, with trial lessons for beginners.
