Rohrenfeld 102, 86633
Wittelsbacher Golfclub Rohrenfeld - Neuburg e.V. is set in the Danube meadows, a park-like area with lilac hedges, old avenues, and trees over 200 years old including oaks and lindens. The 18-hole course, designed in 1986 by Dutch architect Joan Dudok van Heel, features gently rolling terrain. The layout demands positional play with doglegs, narrow fairways, penalty areas, and well-defended greens with notable elevation changes. The club exudes a historic atmosphere, enhanced by an impressive clubhouse and spacious restaurant and accommodation options. Training facilities include a driving range with 60 grass tees, 10 covered bays, 8 target greens, and short game practice areas. The course has hosted international amateur championships eight times and European Challenge Tour events as part of the German Challenge.
