Whippoorwill Road 150, 10504 Armonk
Whippoorwill Club is a private golf club with an intimate family atmosphere and a rich history dating back to the mid-1920s. The course was designed by Donald Ross and finalized in 1928 by Charles Banks, known as “Steam Shovel” Banks. The spacious, landscaped grounds add to the charm of this classic course on the east side of Whippoorwill Road. Whippoorwill features 18 holes and is known as a strategic and challenging test, with Banks’ signature template holes like the 4th, 8th, and 11th. Practice facilities include a reconstructed range and a new short game practice and teaching area. The renovated clubhouse offers a relaxed atmosphere with a bar, grill, and patio dining.
