Hambly House Lane 639, 29715 Fort Mill
Springfield Golf Club is an 18-hole, par 72 course, 6,906 yards, designed by Clyde Johnston. The classic design reflects 1920s tradition and the Golden Age of Architecture, set on hilly, wooded terrain near Fort Mill. Four holes border Sugar Creek; 13 run along waterways leading to the Catawba River, offering varied challenges. Training facilities include a one-acre grass tee, large putting green, six target greens, and a chipping green with practice bunker. Greens were renewed in 2010 with ultradwarf MiniVerde. The club was established in 2001.
