Backbone Road 126, 15143 Sewickley, US
Sewickley Heights Golf Club, est. 1961, is a fine example of pure golf in Western Pennsylvania with a rich history. Designed by Jim Harrison, it offers 18 championship-caliber holes with strategic bunkers, precise landing zones, and well-maintained poa annua greens requiring precision and creativity. Elevation changes and varied hole types add excitement, including a challenging double-dogleg par 5. The clubhouse is a social hub, and the club has hosted notable tournaments like the 1966 U.S. Women’s Amateur and 1998 Champion’s Tour Pittsburgh Senior Classic.
