Riverview Golf & Country Club is an 18-hole course with rich history, founded in 1947. It was created amid rocks, scrub pine, and oaks, later expanded with architect Ben Harmon's input. Named for views of the Sacramento River from the hilltop, it offers a well-maintained park-like setting with river and hill views. Facilities include a driving range and practice areas. The club is known for a strong social and family atmosphere, hosting annual events like the Redding Pro-Am, Men’s and Ladies Club Championships, Ladies Day, and a junior program.
