Golf du Château d’Avoise is a natural 18-hole course in Burgundy, set on a 120-hectare estate. Designed by architect Martin Hawtree, it winds through groves of birch, majestic beeches, ancient oaks, and water features. This varied setting gives the course a distinct character: players face elevation changes, doglegs, bunkers, and water hazards requiring thoughtful play. Opened in August 1992, it offers a challenging round in a true natural environment. After play, the clubhouse with restaurant L’Albatros provides a pleasant spot with panoramic views of the course. A practice area is accessible anytime, and the club hosts about 55 competitions annually, enriching club life.
