Route de Roquefort-les-Pins, 06650 Opio
Golf d’Opio Valbonne is set on a protected 220-hectare estate between the coast and mountains, featuring an 18-hole course with a distinct Riviera atmosphere. Designed in 1966 by Donald Harradine, it winds through rolling, shaded fairways with ancient trees and unique natural elements, including a Gallo-Roman aqueduct. The terrain offers a varied and tactical round where sight, position, and precision are key. The front nine demand skillful wedges and irons, while the back nine require a series of long, steady wood shots. Renovations in 2002 and 2012/2013 added character, highlighted by the signature par 3 on hole 18 above the brasserie. Practice facilities include a putting green, pitching green, and TrackMan Range.
