1308 Route du Golf, 83520 Roquebrune-sur-Argens
Golf de Roquebrune is an 18-hole course in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, nestled between the Massif des Maures, Massif de l’Esterel, and the bay of Fréjus–Saint-Raphaël. Known for its panoramic setting and technical character, it features narrow, winding fairways, frequent doglegs, water hazards, and greens with elevation changes. This demands precision, smart placement, and tactical play, especially on the par-4s and par-5s, while the par-3s require extra attention to positioning. Founded in 1988 and designed by Dutch architect Udo Barth, the course was redesigned and rebuilt in 2009 with a hilly, wooded, and subtly technical layout. The clubhouse, pro shop, and practice facilities were also upgraded, and there is an active golf school. Golf de Roquebrune also hosts tournament players, including the French Championship (Championnat de France Messieurs).
