At about 6,500 meters long with a slope of 146 from the white tees, it ranks among France's more difficult courses, yet remains enjoyable for various skill levels. The course is surrounded by a well-maintained club environment with a warm Club House and a terrace overlooking the golf course. The practice area has 33 spots, including 8 covered, enhancing the complete golf experience. Golf de la Domangère is also linked to the Grand Prix de Vendée, a 36-hole stroke play tournament that adds prestige to the course.
