Big Foot Country Club is a classic 18-hole golf course by Tom Bendelow, set on moraines from the last North American ice age. Around Lake Geneva, a varied landscape unfolds with wooded areas, rolling hills, and spring-fed streams. Narrow fairways, sharp doglegs, and natural water hazards make each round a tactical challenge, where sightlines, elevation changes, and ball placement play a major role. The club has welcomed members and guests since 1924, embodying a clear golf history. Characteristic holes like the Grand Canyon (hole 5), Fountain of Youth (hole 2), Indian Mound (hole 11), and Basketball par 3 (hole 17) add extra recognition. Big Foot Country Club is also known in competitions, including USGA and PGA qualifiers and qualifying rounds for the US Women’s Open and US Senior’s Open.
