Atalaya Golf & Country Club

Atalaya Golf & Country Club is a 36-hole golf course in Marbella, between Marbella and Estepona, featuring two contrasting championship courses. The Old Course, opened in 1968 and designed by Bernard von Limburger, offers wide, rolling fairways with mature trees, flowering shrubs, and frequently elevated greens demanding smart club choices and control. Along the way, enjoy beautiful views of La Concha and the Mediterranean Sea, with lakes, streams, and waterfowl as added scenery. The New Course, designed by Paul Krings and opened in 1990, is set in hilly terrain requiring accuracy from the tee. Elevation changes and undulations on fairways and greens add extra challenge, while the tranquil setting with cork oaks, olive and carob trees, and a lake on hole 4 ensures an atmospheric golf day. For practice, there is the PG Golf & Sports Academy with a driving range, putting green, and chipping green.
