Highland Golf Club is a historic 1900 golf club on Shelton's high point. The 9-hole Frank G. Gates course features rolling hills and target greens, played twice for a full, fair yet challenging round. The club fosters warm camaraderie. After the 2024 clubhouse fire, a new clubhouse with bar and dining overlooks the course. In August 2026, it hosts the 107th CWGA Championship.
