Golfclub Tuniberg is in South Baden near Freiburg-Munzingen, with views of the Black Forest and Vosges peaks. The 18-hole par 72 championship course winds through a landscape rich in nature: much of the nearly 90-hectare site consists of biotopes, rough, and diverse flora and fauna. Wind and rough make play challenging and give the course a sporty character appealing to both recreational and ambitious golfers. The club has a long golf history since 1987, with a 9-hole course from 1993 and expansion to 18 holes in 1995. For training, there are two pitching greens, a driving range with continuous artificial turf mats and covered tees, plus two putting greens. After the round, there is space to relax in a friendly club atmosphere on the sunny terrace, while tournament experience is also part of club life, including hosting the Rx2der Cup in 2025.
