2 avenue du Golf, 78286 Guyancourt
Golf National is a famous French championship course with a rich history, designed by Hubert Chesneau. The course was built on originally flat terrain, where rolling shapes and water features create a stadium-like setting. This gives Golf National the character of a modern top course with a nod to classic links golf. The Albatros is the best-known course at Golf National and has been a regular venue for the Open de France since 1991. Wide, rolling fairways, undulating greens, and numerous bunkers demand shot variety and smart course management. The last four holes, where water plays a prominent role, provide a spectacular finish and made the course the stage for the 2018 Ryder Cup.
